Storage requirements before Installation

It is required to have a closed and dry environment to store " SHIN KWANG Metal Interior Decorative Sound Absorbing Panels "

It is also required to open the box 48 hours before the installation take place so as to ensure the same conditions.

Environment requirements

The installation environment should be dried 24 hours before the installation takes place in order to attain the required humidity and temperature.

The temperature should be higherthan 15 deg C and the variation should be controlled within 40-60%

Installation of Walling Metal Interior Decorative Sound Absorbing Panels

1. Install the Metal Interior Decorative Sound Absorbing Panels to the joist.

2. The facade size of the wall-mount lightgage steel joist is 18 x 26 x 300 mm with

the spacing as 60cm.

3. Install the 45 x 38 mm locking steel clip between the joist and the Metal Interior

Decorative Sound Absorbing Panels .

4. Cover the back of the Metal Interior Decorative Sound Absorbing Panels with glass wool :

thickness :50mm / density :32kg/m3 , width by length : 600 x 1200 mm .

1. Install the Metal Interior Decorative Sound Absorbing panels to the joist.

2. The facade size of the wall-mount light steel joist is 18 x 26 x 300mm.

3. Use metal hanger (diameter as 4mm) to suspend the lightgage steel joist.

4. Install the Metal Interior Decorative Sound Absorbing Panels to the ceiling joist

and then fix the structure by using the 45 x 38mm locking steel clip.

5. Cover the back of the Metal Interior Decorative Sound Absorbing Panels with glass wool :

thickness : 50mm , density :32kg/m3 width by length : 1200 x 600mm.

6. The length of the metal hangers for suspension include : 250mm , 500mm ,

1000mm , 2000mm.
